Our mode of operation follows
generally the format of an
e-commerce organization. Contacts
via e-mail and this Web site are
preferred to allow for rapid
responses. However, communications via
telephone serve us well for both
initial and follow-up discussions.
Reports and graph sets are
transmitted as e-mail attachments,
but we will send copies via postal
mail if requested.
Studies and analyses range in
magnitude from large-scale projects
down to providing limited sets of
data in the form of spreadsheets.
Work is typically preceded by a
formal, no-cost proposal containing
a price quotation and a delivery
date.
Delivery times seldom exceed two
weeks after proposal acceptance is
confirmed via a purchase order.
Smaller projects are initiated via
informal agreement, thereby avoiding
bureaucratic tanglements.
We answer short questions directed
to us via e-mail or telephone on a
"good will" basis. This service
extends to the preparation of data
tables that are sent out in a day or
two after an initial contact. These
pro bono services are important in
providing us with communications on
a range of issues of current
importance.
